Description of the service

PetDose provides tools for pet medication plan management, dose reminders, dose confirmations, shared care updates, family collaboration, and subscription-related account features.

PetDose is designed to help caregivers organize and record pet medication routines. It is not a veterinary service, medical provider, diagnostic tool, or emergency support service.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and account activity.
• If you invite other caregivers into family collaboration, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to share the related pet care information.
• You are responsible for reviewing plan details, dose amounts, timing, and notes and ensuring they match your veterinarian's instructions.

Acceptable use

• You may not use PetDose for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, abusive, or malicious activity.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, systems, data, or APIs.
• You may not introduce malware, abuse automation, reverse engineer the service, scrape the platform, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
• You may not use PetDose to publish or share false, misleading, or unauthorized care information.

Subscription and billing

Some PetDose features require a paid subscription. Checkout, subscription management, and payment processing are provided through Creem, and the applicable prices, billing cadence, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.

Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the terms presented at checkout. While your subscription remains active, you may continue using the applicable paid features.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel auto-renew through the subscription management flow made available to you. After cancellation, you generally keep access to Pro features through the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or express checkout terms say otherwise.

Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or otherwise agreed by us in writing, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep PetDose available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

We may suspend, limit, or change the service for maintenance, security, infrastructure upgrades, product improvements, or changes involving third-party providers.

PetDose provides organization, reminder, and collaboration tools only. It does not provide veterinary, medical, pharmaceutical, or other professional advice. You should always confirm medications, dosages, frequency, and care decisions with a licensed veterinarian.

You remain solely responsible for any care decision you make using information shown in PetDose, including whether a dose is actually given, when it is given, and whether professional care is needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetDose and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or pet care outcomes arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetDose's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of PetDose after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
